2022 Forged Youth Registration Form

This is a simple form that is simply for basic communication and attendance purposes.

 It is only seen by Pastor Ethan.

 We at Forged Youth are so excited to be able to once again offer a Winter Retreat to our students! We will be partnering with another wonderful church in Washington to have a weekend of fun, worship, and spiritual growth as we learn what it means to live a life with No Shame in Christ! This retreat is open to all students between 6th & 12th grades. 

 Mission4Mexico is a non-profit that is committed to disciple and equip youth to serve the communities in Mexico and at home through short term missions with the purpose of growing the kingdom of God. Our annual trip is open to anyone in 9th grade and older. We, along with other churches in the region, go down to San Luis, Rio Colorado, Mexico where we have the privilege of building homes for families in need. While there we also assist with wonderful ministies like Vacation Bible School, Women's Ministry, Street Ministry, and others. For more info please check the link below.

Registrations and $150 deposits are due to PBCC by Dec. 15th.
